Refund policy

1. OVERVIEW

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when returning products purchased from Live Longer, Inc. All standard purchases of Juvelixir® are backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

 


 

2. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind Juvelixir® completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery — even if you have opened or used the product.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Contact us at hello@livelonger.health within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and reason for the refund request

  • Return any unused remaining product to us in its original container — we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned product

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only (one refund per household) and requires that unused remaining product be returned — completely empty containers are not eligible. The guarantee does not apply to promotional, discounted, or final sale items. Subscription orders are subject to the terms in Section 9. We reserve the right to decline requests that indicate abuse of this policy.

 


 

3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, including opened or partially used products returned under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 2), subject to:

  • Original packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase

  • Product not marked as final sale

 


 

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Second or subsequent purchases by the same household (one money-back refund per household)

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional, discounted, or final sale items

 


 

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@livelonger.health

We will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund where appropriate

 


 

6. SHIPPING ISSUES & DELIVERY

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered:

  • Check with neighbors or your carrier first

  • Contact us within 7–30 days

Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Address changes after shipment

Lost Packages

If confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • Replacement will be issued at no cost

 


 

7. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@livelonger.health

  2. Receive return instructions

  3. Ship the item back (if approved)

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

8. REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items

  • Processed to original payment method

  • May take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

 


 

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Subscription orders can be canceled before processing

  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Returns follow the same unopened-product rules

 


 

10. CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where:

  • Delivery confirmation exists

  • Policy terms were clearly accepted

 


 

11. ABUSE & FAIR USE

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny returns or refunds in cases of abuse

  • Limit excessive return activity

  • Refuse service where fraud is suspected
